As of June 7th, 2023, the English WARFRAME Fandom site (a.k.a https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/) has been designated as an "Official Wiki" through Fandom's Official Wiki Partnership program without consulting the wiki community or the wiki's admin team beforehand. This article will attempt to explain what this new partnership means for this wiki and the community.

Hello there, I'm one of the volunteer wiki administrators for the English Warframe Fandom wiki. Recently, the admin team was contacted by Fandom's Community Activations team and informed us that the Fandom wiki now has an official partnership with Digital Extremes. I was wondering who we can contact at DE regarding this new partnership to ask questions on how this affects the wiki community and the broader Warframe community.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out. The contact from Fandom's Community Activations team is correct - Digital Extremes now officially endorses the Warframe Fandom Wiki.

This is just an endorsement, and will not change anything in regards to how you operate the wiki. It just means that we, as Developers, recognize and officially endorse the wiki!

If you or the team has any more questions regarding this, please do feel free to reach out to [DE]ronnie#8363 from the Warframe Community Team on Discord.

Thank you again for reaching out, and apologies for any confusion this endorsement has caused.
