The Voruna Anukas Helmet can be bought from the market for 75, or as part of the The Pack's Heart Bundle for 775, which also includes the Voruna Voidshell Skin, Rough Cryotic, 
Sarofang and 
Perigale.
Equipping[]
To equip your newly bought or crafted helmet, go into the Arsenal, then click on 'Appearance' tab, the Helmet will be under the section labeled 'Helmet'.
