Pulse is an alternative Helmet Item for Volt.
It increases power duration at the expense of lowering his maximum shield.

The Pulse Helmet can be purchased for Script error: The function "Platinum" does not exist. 75. Its blueprint can be acquired from Alert missions.

Equipping
To equip your newly bought or crafted helmet, go into the 'Arsenal' page, then click on 'Appearance' tab, the Helmet will be under the section labeled 'Helmet'.
