Each year WARFRAME hosts a Valentine's-themed event, featuring glyphs, accessories and orbiter decorations available for purchase through the market and from vendors.
Although this Annual Event's name may change, all previous rewards are available to purchase during each new Valentine's Day event.
Valentine's Day[]
In 2013 WARFRAME had it's first Valentine's day. Brought in Update 6.3 (2013-02-14), the Make Love not War-frame update introduced the Valentine's Color Picker and Valentine's day theme (a customisation no longer available).
Heart Of The Lotus[]

The Heart of the Lotus valentine's day event lasted from 2015-2017. It introduced the Eros Arrow Skin, with the Donwyn Glyph Pack available later in 2017.

Conclave: Hearts and Arrows[]
Hearts and Arrows banner
The event Hearts and Arrows was a Conclave mission for Valentine's Day in 2017. It was the first time the Eros Oro Decoration was originally obtainable, being awarded to all players that participated in the event. Since then it has been up for purchase on the market for 
50,000 each Valentine's day.
Heart of The Ordis[]

From 2018 to 2020 the Valentine's day event was renamed to Heart of The Ordis, featuring all previous rewards from Heart of the Lotus. It wouldn't be until 2020 that new items would be added for this event.

2021 Star Days banner
From 2021 to present the Valentine's day event has been moved to Fortuna and is now hosted by Ticker. Renamed Star Days it brings various new rewards in exchange for Debt-Bonds.
Since the 2022 update to Star Days the Ticker Floof is now an interactable decoration that will play motivating quotes from Ticker
