Guide[]
Again, this is the current build for my Ivara Prime.
This build is primarily for grinding for Affinity and Focus, as well as non-Defensing Missions.
A high Duration increases the effects of Cloak Arrow and Sleep Arrow. It also makes Prowl last longer.
I have put in Stretch because, if the Range is too low, you may have difficulties putting enemies to sleep.
A long Sleep Arrow duration will let you set many enemies to sleep and kill them all before they awaken. Even if enemies do wake up, this build has high Efficiency, letting you use more Abilities before you run out of Energy.
Use Perspicacity if you run out of Ciphers. If I ever subsume 
Sevagoth to Helminth, I might replace Perspicacity with 
Gloom...
Infiltrate lets you go through barriers and lasers, letting you go through Spy lasers undetected, or go through the annoying Grineer Galleon 
Magnetic barriers without losing Energy.
