The True Steel mod increases critical chance on a melee weapon by 10% per rank for a maximum of 60% at rank 5.

Notes
- The critical hit chance increase from this mod is not additive, but rather multiplicative. For example, Dual Zoren has a 25% base critical chance on normal attacks. With a rank 5 True Steel, it will have a 40% (25% + [25% * 0.6]) chance to critically hit.
- Currently, there are five melee weapons that will benefit most from True Steel with a critical chance of 25%: Dual Zoren, Dual Cleavers, Dual Ichor, Atterax, and Obex; this achieves a 40% critical chance with maxed True Steel.
