Tribunal is a Warframe Augment Mod for 
Harrow which lets other players proc a percentage of 
Penance and 
Thurible's effects when attacking enemies chained by 
Condemn.

Acquisition[]
- This mod can be acquired by attaining the rank of Maxim under Arbiters of Hexis, or the rank of Exalted under Red Veil, and spending
25,000 to purchase.
Notes[]
- Effect percentage is not affected by mods.
- Harrow must have Penance and/or Thurible active to allow allies to proc their effects from enemies chained by Condemn.
- Allies gain the lifesteal on hit from Penance, and energy per kill or per headshot kill from Thurible. Harrow also gains the health and energy earned by his allies.
- Health and energy points earned from allies are shown to Harrow on his HUD pertaining to the respective abilities. Health points beneath the aiming reticle, and energy notification messages above the ability icons.
