Tractor Beam is a MOA mod that increases Warframe aim glide duration and reduces the effects of gravity whilst aim gliding.

This mod is acquired by building a MOA with the Oloro model.

1 +50% -25% 15s 3
2 +75% -37.5% 10s 4
3 +100% -50% 5s 5

Notes[]

  • The aim glide and gravity buff is stored in charges that regenerate once every 5s. Up to 3 buffs can be stored, and each lasts 5s.
    • The buff, its charges, and duration is indicated by a symbol in the UI.
    • Only one stack of the buff can be activated before the player needs to touch the ground to activate another one.
    • Once the buff is activated, it will last a full 5s regardless if the player is utilizing it. Initiating another aim glide after touching the ground consumes a charge, even if the ongoing charge’s duration hasn’t finished yet. However, the remaining duration is combined with the new buff's, despite the UI not clearly reflecting this.
  • The player must be within 20m of the MOA for the buff to be applied. If the player goes out of range while the effect is active, it will persist until they stop aim gliding.
  • The reduction to gravity only takes effect during aim glide.
  • Despite not being in the description of the mod, the regeneration cooldown of charges is affected by the rank of Tractor Beam.

Bugs[]

  • After a buff's duration expires, jumping again mid-air and aim gliding will not consume another buff, and seems to give the effect with greatly reduced aim glide duration.
    • Effectiveness reduces for every successive aim glide without touching the ground, including those granted by Mod TT 20px Aerial Ace and ChromaIcon272 Chroma's Dragon's Flight passive.
  • Can be used while in the Dojo as long as the player has interacted with the Arsenal once, despite most mods not taking effect in the Dojo.
