Okay, I wanted to atleast contact someone before do anything. I want to add more helpful information for new beginner of what planet/mission where you got best chance to obtain that item. Pictures of location about items, monsters and even more.
That sounds a bit vague, since I believe all that information to be pretty well available already. But if you have a plan, go for it. A lot of people also edit anonymously, there is no need to ask for permission or similar.
Don't be discouraged though, if your wording is changed by somebody else afterwards, or the edit is reverted, because it broke broke something else on the page. Things might not be perfect along the way, but we'll get there.
Why does that sound a bit vague? I have heard but almost all that the game is not user friendly and if you could find a lot of that on a wiki page that would help out alot. If you could find
- What missions you need
- etc.. etc
That would simply for everyone that using the wiki page.
I already knew this wiki existed but I would want to make a wiki where people can find more infomation. Regarding locations of where that item can be, like photo's videos and more. If pages could include items that is required or quest and more that would make it easier for a lot of people.
Okay, then bouncing off of Hennils' earlier remark, I think that it's the general consensus of those on the wiki, and even in the Warframe community, that this Wiki does a fine job providing the the information you're talking about.
Maybe you could provide a specific example(s) from this Wiki where you think said info is lacking/could use improvement and how? Because I think otherwise I just don't see where you're coming from.
Well the thing about resources is that you can't specify where exactly to get them. First you have the problem of tilesets, which change randomly every mission. Second, resource deposits spawn randomly and rarely within said tilesets as well. Third, containers spawn randomly too, as well as have a random chance to give a resource on top of that. These layers and layers of RNG make it impossible to give a consistent and exact location for resources. And that's just for resources that actually have deposits or can drop from containers. Something like Tellurium only drops from enemies and as a mission reward, so there's nothing to actually take a picture of in the first place.
The Acquisition and Tips sections provide pretty much all the basic info possible given its nature, methinks. The only other thing that could be said is maybe the mention of Nekros, Hydroid, or Khora. Otherwise, any refinement on the farming process the Wiki mentions is usually done in the comments.
