The Hex are a Syndicate comprised of the Protoframes, humans who exhibit Warframe traits through Dr. Entrati's experiments. They operate out of the Höllvania Central Mall and are currently searching for the missing doctor.
To fully access this Syndicate, the player must complete the The Hex quest.

Leticia "Lettie" Garcia is the medic of The Hex, enhanced with 
Trinity's traits. Syndicate Medallions can be turned into her to receive Standing.
Eleanor Nightingale[]

Eleanor Nightingale, the sister of Arthur, is the psych-ops of The Hex, enhanced with 
Nyx's traits. Sells Arcane Enhancements for Standing and is the point of contact for Coda weapons.
Romance[]

Each member of The Hex can be romanced by the Drifter, becoming increasingly friendly and intimate. Players can earn Chemistry ranks by undergoing Bounties for individual members, as well as engaging in conversation using the KIM (Kinemantik Instant Messaging) app on the Orbiter's or Backroom's Pom-2.
Accumulating enough chemistry allows the Drifter to optionally date one of the members of The Hex. However, the Drifter can only date one member of The Hex at a time, and will be forced to break up with the current member of The Hex they are dating before pursuing a new one.
Drifter can obtain further chemistry with the Hex members they are dating and reach “loved” status with that member.
Once the Drifter reaches “loved” status with one of the Hex members, that said member will be present within the Hollvania apartment base of operations and unlock additional dialogue options.
Certain Chemistry ranks are locked behind the Syndicate's ranks:
- Friendly: Rank 2 - Fresh Slice
- Liked: Rank 3 - 2-for-1
- Reaching Liked with all six members is required to trigger The Hex Finale and unlock Rank 4 - Hot & Fresh with the Syndicate.
- Trusted: Rank 4 - Hot & Fresh
- Close: Rank 5 - Pizza Party

- Each rank-up triggers a group text chat via KIM.
- The rank-up to Rank 1 - Leftovers has a Domestik Drone added to the Höllvania Central Mall.
- The rank-up to Rank 5 - Pizza Party has the mall opened up to the public, populating the area with civilians. Additionally, the player can choose to have PARTY OF YOUR LIFETIME, The Call, or Rotten Lives play on the stage.

- Hex can refer to:
- The number 6 in Greek, which also represents the current number of members in the Syndicate.
- Hexadecimal, a positional number system based on base-16.
- An evil curse, likely referring to the Infested nature of the Protoframes that threaten to destroy their sanity.
- The Hex all wear patches somewhere on their body with an insignia that represents their abilities.
- Arthur's patch is a sword pointed downward. on his left shoulder. He also uniquely wears a patch depicting a pair of chevrons pointed downwards underneath said insignia.
- Aoi's patch is a circle with a sunburst pattern and with a horseshoe magnet in the negative space, on her upper right chest.
- Amir's patch is a lightning bolt, which he wears on both shoulders.
- Quincy's patch is a bullet with a shark-like expression, on his shoulder.
- Leticia's patch is a stylized medical symbol on her chest.
- Eleanor's patch is a stylized eye, which resembles the Lidless Eye of the Indifference.
- If the player searches up the name of a Protoframe in their Arsenal, the original Warframe will be loaded.
- For example, if the player types "Amir" into the search bar, Volt will be brought up as a result.
