The Telos Boltace is the Arbiters of Hexis' Syndicate variant of the Boltace. When equipped, the velocity or duration of certain maneuvers is increased, and Slide Attacks vacuum in nearby enemies.
Acquisition
- The Telos Boltace can be acquired by reaching the Rank of Maxim with the Arbiters of Hexis, and spending
125,000 to purchase. As with all Syndicate Weapons, the Telos Boltace cannot be chosen as the free offering upon ranking up to Maxim rank. - Syndicate weapons can also be acquired via Trading, but only for unranked copies without Forma or Orokin Catalyst installed.
- Players must have a Mastery Rank of at least 8 to acquire the Telos Boltace, either through trading or through the Syndicates themselves.

Advantages:
- Tied with Boltace for the second highest base damage of all tonfas and the second highest Slide Attack damage of all meele weapons, behind Ohma.
- High Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. damage – effective against armor.
- High status chance.
- Tied with Kronen for the second fastest Attack Speed of all tonfas, behind Kronen Prime.
- When held, the weapon provides a 20% passive boost to Bullet Jump velocity, Aim Glide duration, and Wall Latch duration.
- When held, Slide Attacks triggers Stormpath, creating a 14 meter vortex that pulls in and staggers enemies. A second slide attack shortly after the vortex will launch and ragdoll nearby enemies.

Notes
- The Telos Boltace confers two advantages when equipped:
- 20% boosts to Bullet Jump velocity, Aim Glide duration, and Wall Latch duration.
- In Conclave, only the Aim Glide and Wall Latch bonuses take effect.
- Slide Attack triggers Stormpath, creating a 14 meter vortex that pulls in and staggers enemies. The vortex has a cooldown of 8 seconds.
- Vortex range is not affected by Reach/ Primed Reach.
- A second slide attack during the vortex's cooldown will launch and ragdoll nearby enemies. This has a cooldown of 6 seconds, in which any other slide attack behaves as a normal slide attack.

Tips
- The Telos Boltace's high slide damage makes Maiming Strike ideal in enhancing its damage.
- The innate vortex on slide attacks makes it ideal for crowd control and damaging enemies with AoE attacks (such as Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist., Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist., and Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. procs).

- Originally, the Telos Boltace released energy waves similar to Exalted Blade on slide attacks.
