We now need to work on connecting the Dark Sector wiki to the Warframe wiki. The possibility of merging them should be considered as well. It has now been confirmed that Warframe takes place in the Dark Sector Universe, this is exciting and a big deal when it comes to the future of this community. Dark Sector

I do not mind Dark Sector references here but this WILL NOT be mergered with their wikia. it is not the same game. they were not created strictly in line with each other. Warframe is NOT Dark Sector 2. also, please sign your posts. ~ Juper0 (talk)

I did sign my post. And I know Warframe is not Dark Sector 2...but Warframe takes place in the Dark Sector Universe; they are 1:1 connected as confirmed by DE. They are strictly in line with each other... TheGreatZamboni (talk) 15:12, July 19, 2013 (UTC)

the "sign your post" was aimed at the first poster here. sorry I did not make that clear. The reference to Dark Sector in Livestream 10 was at 56:23 and the response from the devs was that Hadden Tenno was the original warframe, but they went on to explain what was meant by that. Dark sector was made a long time ago and was massively scaled down from the original idea as a result of publishers (I'm also referencing multiple interviews done with Steve) keeping the game in a more financially safe world. Warframe is what dark sector should have been if the devs got what they wanted back then... creative authority. "They are strictly in line with each other" - noooo..... that is about the same as saying that chinese fireworks led to the human race colonizing planets in other solar systems. they are in the same "universe" but with a MASSIVE time difference. like 10,000 years or more. and with that came a lot of other changes.

in any case, the wiki is about information on game play. not lore. and i don't want to see the specs for the glave from DS here on the WF wikia. DS stuff on the DS wikia. WF stuff on the WF wikia. this wikia is already getting out of hand with all the messy pages and lack of formating as is. lets not try adding to the complexity. ~ Juper0 (talk) 18:44, July 19, 2013 (UTC)
