One proc on an enemy with a build that includes Primed Pressure Point and Condition Overload means Primed Pressure Point would only be a 57% increase in damage. Two procs means 40%, three procs means 31%. Sovereign Outcast also comes with forced Slash procs and Telos Boltace has a high status chance to begin with. If you're only proccing one status effect (or none), then you don't use Condition Overload.
