The section on spawning liches indicates larva won't spawn in if anyone on the squad has an active lich, but I was in a squad where 2/3 of the squad had active liches (including the host no less) and a lich was successfully spawned. It is worth noting however that neither player's lich was active on the current planet, so perhaps that is why it worked? Lich Creation info inaccuracy[]
I do not own a Railjack and have spawned a Kuva lich of my own solo in a mission after completing The War Within Quest. I have, however, participated in Railjack missions, which can possibly be the contributing factor. This should be mentioned alongside the first line in Kuva Lich Creation.
