Tainted Clip increases pistol magazine capacity while decreasing reload speed.

For any non-integer magazine values the magazine size is simply rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, a Angstrum modded with a max rank Tainted Clip will have a calculated magazine size of 3 × (1 + 60%) = 4.8, which will simply round to 4.8.
Stacks with maxed rank Ice Storm and Slip Magazine / Primed Slip Magazine for an added magazine capacity of 130% / 155% or total capacity of 230% / 255% respectively.
When stacked with Ice Storm, one can easily replace most dual secondary weapons with double the magazine capacity, and a faster reload speed. This may hamper fire rate in comparison to most dual weapons but does retain the general accuracy of single secondary weapons.
