Soul Survivor is a Warframe Augment Mod that allows NekrosIcon272 Nekros to use SoulPunch130xWhite Soul Punch on allies in bleedout to revive them with partial health.

Acquisition[]

Notes[]

  • Instantly revives the downed ally target on cast with a percentage of their maximum health.
    • Can revive downed players and Companions, except Sentinels due to them dying instantly rather than bleedout.
    • The percentage of health restored is affected by Ability Strength.
  • Can revive allied targets repeatedly as long as Nekros has enough energy for Soul Punch.
  • Revived allies receive 2 seconds of Invulnerability.
  • Reviving with Soul Punch also counts towards Challenges that count Revives.

Tips[]

  • Synergizes well with Mod TT 20px Despoil, as it allows one to continue Desecrating while saving Energy for emergency Revives.
    • Combining this with Mod TT 20px Equilibrium will also allow Nekros to chain revives as long as he gathers health orbs to create the energy for casting Soul Punch.

Trivia[]

  • This augment originally had very steep drawbacks; in its introduction in Update 15.0 (2014-10-24), Nekros's energy and shields would be fully drained upon use, along with draining a percentage of his health, all of which made him vulnerable to enemy fire. The shield and health drain penalties would be removed in Update 15.5 (2014-11-27), and the energy drain would follow in Update 32.0 (2022-09-07) .
  • The name of this mod is a play on the phrase, "Sole Survivor", meaning the only survivor.

WARFRAME AUGMENT BUFFS PART 2

In Update 31.2, we buffed a number of underused Warframe augments. The time has come to continue this work! This batch tackles Warframes from Loki to Rhino (of which there are surprisingly many!). We have increased their viability in missions, which we hope will  encourage more build diversity.

Nekros’ Soul Survivor

  • Was: Use on a downed ally to revive them with 30% of health. Nekros’s energy will be consumed.
  • Now: Core Augment function unchanged, but no longer requires all of Nekros’ Energy to be consumed on cast. It now costs the same as base Soul Punch (25 Energy) to cast.
    • Also added 2 seconds of invulnerability for the revived player to protect them during the standing-animation.

Hotfix 24.7.2 (2019-04-17)

  • Fixed Nekros’ Soul Punch not counting towards Challenges that count Revives.

Update 15.5 (2014-11-27)

  • Removed the health and shield penalties from Nekros’ Soul Punch Augment Mod.

Update 15.0 (2014-10-24)

  • Introduced.
