Acquisition

Obtainable from the Arbitrations vendor in the  Arbiters of Hexis room in Relays for 20  Vitus Essence.

Notes

• The energy is rewarded even while channeled abilities are active.

Tips

• Synergizes well with  Ivara and her  Prowl, as the ability gives Ivara bonus damage to headshots while using energy over time. The sniper must be silent however to avoid breaking her invisibility when firing.
• Synergizes very well with  Cyte-09 and his  Neutralize. The ability grants Cyte-09 an Exalted sniper rifle that costs energy to fire. Even with 100% Ability Efficiency, 1 headshot is more than enough to not just refund the energy cost but also give you a net positive of +5 energy per headshot. However, the ricochet mechanic does not activate the mod multiple times.
