Sentinel Cosmetics are ornamental masks, wings, and tails that can be equipped on any Sentinel. Skins are also available, though can only be worn by their respective Sentinel.
They majority of Sentinel cosmetics can be acquired from the Market for Platinum, though certain cosmetics can only be acquired by other means. Once purchased, cosmetics cannot be sold.
All skins and attachments can be equipped by going to the Arsenal segment of the Orbiter, choosing the desired Sentinel, and navigating to its Appearance page.
Color Picker Extensions

Sentinels and their attachments can be customized with a variety of different color choices. Color palettes can be purchased in the Market.
Skins
These skins can only be applied to certain sentinels. They may be recolored by changing the corresponding color slot of the Sentinel's appearance.
Attachments
Like Warframes, Sentinels have an array of cosmetic attachments at their disposal. Each individual part location - Mask, Left Wing, Right Wing, and Tail - can be individually equipped with a different part, allowing for a mixed variety of styles. Attachments can also be colored independently of the Sentinel's colors under the Attachments section of the Appearance tab in the Arsenal.
