Sentient Cores are objects that can be traded in for Standing with The Quills in Cetus. Intact Sentient Cores are dropped by Eidolon Vomvalysts while Exceptional Sentient Cores are dropped by Eidolon Teralyst on the Plains of Eidolon. They drop as white and blue orbs. A minimum of two Eidolon Lures are required for a chance to receive a Flawless Sentient Core.
Redeeming these Cores will gain Standing with The Quills and some cores are needed as a sacrifice for ranking up:
10 Intact Sentient Cores are needed for Rank 1, Mote.
20 Intact Sentient Cores are needed for Rank 2, Observer.
