The Stamina mechanic was removed from the game in Update 17.0 (2015-07-31), and any mods that affected stamina in any way were converted into appropriately-ranked Mod TT 20px Fusion Cores.

The Second Wind mod gives Stamina when an enemy is killed using Channeling, at the cost of Channeling efficiency.
