Rising Storm is an 
Ash Warframe Augment Mod that allows the clones generated by 
Blade Storm to contribute additional hits to the Melee Combo Counter, as well as increases the duration the Melee Combo Counter lasts.

Acquisition
- This mod can be acquired by attaining the rank of Maxim under the Arbiters of Hexis, or the rank of Exalted under the Red Veil, and spending
25,000 to purchase.
Notes
- Bonus hits are affected by Ability Strength.
- The augment confers the extra ten second Melee Combo Counter duration regardless of its rank. This bonus duration is not affected by Ability Duration mods.
- Synergizes well with Drifting Contact, Body Count, and Gladiator Rush for a total combo counter duration of 41 seconds at max rank.
