The Resource Drop Chance Booster doubles the chance of resource drops.

Acquisition

Resource Drop Chance Boosters can be bought from the Market with Platinum. A 3-day booster costs Platinum64 40, a 7-day booster costs Platinum64 80, and a 30-day booster costs Platinum64 200.

Can be obtained randomly from Daily Tribute. The booster's duration depends on the total amount of login days: (3 × [1 + Day ÷ 100]).

A 3-day booster can be obtained as a reward from Sorties.

Effectiveness

A Resource Drop Chance Booster doubles the drop/spawn chance of

A Resource Drop Chance Booster does not boost

  • the chance for higher quality gems, ores and rarer fishes relatively
  • Endo64 Endo and Mod drops, due to Endo and Mods not being considered resources

  • Script error: The function "Resource" does not exist. awarded from Excavators
  • Script error: The function "Resource" does not exist. from Kuva Siphon missions

Notes

  • A Resource Drop Chance Booster becomes active immediately upon aquisition and runs out in real-time (not time present in game)
  • The booster is time-cumulative, thus aquiring additional boosters will add up on the duration timer
  • The whole team will benefit from the drop chance boost (like the Mod Drop Chance Booster) regardless of who performs the kill and how many boosters are active within the squad (thus not stackable by multiple player boosters)
  • The doubled resource drop chance in Steel Path missions can be amplified to at the utmost of 4x with a Resource Drop Chance Booster (regardless of how many boosters are active in a squad)
  • It synergizes with the Resource Booster resulting in up to 4x effective resources acquired

  • Fixed Resource Drop Chance Boosters not affecting Riven Slivers.

Hotfix 24.2.15 (2019-02-15)

  • Made drop chance/amount Boosters apply to all scans that yield Resources.

Update 22.12 (2018-02-09)

  • Resource Drop Chance Boosters now affect Mining and Fishing, doubling the chance to get gems (denoted by blue ore veins) and the base number of fish spawns! (Previously only regular Resource Boosters affected the Plains).

Update 15.11 (2015-01-21)

  • Resource boosters now apply to Dojo color pigment drops. (Note: because pigments drop at 100% from their enemy types, for pigments, drop chance boosters are treated as drop amount boosters)
