The Resource Booster doubles the amount of resources earned from pickups.
Acquisition
Resource Boosters can be bought from the Market with Platinum. A 3-day booster costs 40, a 7-day booster costs 80, and a 30-day booster costs 200.
Can be obtained randomly from Daily Tribute. The booster's duration depends on the total amount of login days: (3 × [1 + Day ÷ 100]).
A 3-day booster can be obtained as a reward from Sorties.
A 3-day booster is also offered as a periodic item for sale by Baro Ki'Teer, costing 400 and 150,000 to purchase. Note that Baro Ki'Teer's stock changes with each appearance, and may not be available on a succeeding appearance.
A 90-day booster can be acquired as a part of Prime Accessories.
Notes
- A Resource Booster becomes active immediately upon purchase, except during missions, and expires after the indicated days of real time (not time played in the game).
- Synergizes with the Resource Drop Chance Booster, as the resources are more likely to be dropped than usual, which simultaneously doubles such resources dropped on pickup.
- Only the player with the Resource Booster benefits from the increased drop amount, as the increase is performed upon picking up the resource.
- All Boosters are cumulative, meaning that purchasing or attaining additional boosters while a booster is already active will add their time to the existing booster.
- Doubles the amount of Kuva and Cryotic received from Kuva Siphon and Excavation missions respectively.
- Doubles the amount of resources acquired in Plains of Eidolon and Orb Vallis, including Ores and Gems through Mining, and Fish and Servofish.
- Also affects Cetus Wisps and Toroids.
- Doubles resources gained from scanning objects with a Codex Scanner and Synthesis Scanner, including plants and Kavat Genetic Codes.
- Does not double the amount of Endo acquired, due to Endo not being considered a resource.
