Regal Aya is a limited-time in-game currency which can only be bought with real world currency. It is used to purchase Primed items during Prime Resurgence. They can be purchased on the Official Warframe Website (requires login) in packs of various quantities. These are not tradable nor refundable.

Usage During Prime Resurgence
Starting on November 16th, 2021 2 p.m. ET, Regal Aya can be used to purchase previously vaulted items from Varzia in Maroo's Bazaar. Purchasing these items with Regal Aya bypasses Mastery Rank locks. After January 25, 2022 at 2 p.m. ET, Regal Aya will be unavailable for purchase until further notice. However, Varzia will still reside in Maroo's Bazaar for players to spent any unused Regal Aya.
