Range (or Beam Length in the context of Continuous Weapons) is a stat that determines that maximum distance in meters that a particular weapon can hit targets from.

Mechanics[]

Guns / Projectiles[]

All hit-scan weapons have a maximum range of 300m by default unless otherwise listed. Notable exceptions include Continuous Weapons, Sniper Rifles, and Archguns.

Max Life[]

Some weapons that shoot projectiles may have a projectile lifetime associated and not an explicit maximum range stat. For these weapons, the only way to increase their maximum range is to use Projectile Speed bonuses instead of range ones. For example, ArcaPlasmor Arca Plasmor shoots a projectile that travels at 60m/s with a 0.5s duration, meaning that its maximum range is 30m. Applying a Mod TT 20px Fatal Acceleration, will increase the projectile's speed to 84m/s, meaning its new maximum range will be 42m.

Melees[]

Melee attacks hit enemies within this distance. Some Stances offer more Range using throws or lunges.

Each melee weapon has a Range statistic associated with it that displays the weapon's reach in meters. The hitbox of melee weapons are obround in shape, with the Range stat representing the length of the hitbox and a hidden Sweep Radius stat representing its width.[citation needed][1] The Sweep Radius of most melees is 0.25 meters.

Range can be increased by (Mod TT 20px Primed) Mod TT 20px Reach, Mod TT 20px Spring-Loaded Blade, Mod TT 20px Motus Impact, and some Riven Mods.
