Pyrol is obtainable by mining red mineral veins on the Plains of Eidolon. It can also drop from Tusk Thumpers. It is mainly used in crafting Pyrotic Alloy and Tempered Bapholite.

  • 40 Pyrol is required to achieve Visitor rank with the Ostron.

Trivia[]

  • It is possible that Pyrol is the Orokin or Ostron name for the mineral pyrite, also known as "fool's gold". Pyrite is a brittle iron sulfide with the chemical formula FeS2.
