Notes[]

  • Protect recovers shields, similar to  Guardian.
    • Unlike its Sentinel counterpart, Protect can be activated as long as the shield capacity of the Kubrow's master is not full, as well as replenish the Kubrow's shields.
  • The following patterns have been observed with max rank Protect after forcing over 70 casts:
    • Shields replenished from Protect do not roll over into Overshields.
    • If the Warframe's shields are completely depleted on activation, 150 shields are always replenished twice, for a total of 300. Otherwise, the amount replenished varies, averaging at ~450 shields but has been observed up to 711 - provided the Warframe has the necessary shield capacity.
    • Cooldown is inconsistent; Kubrow can use Protect twice over 1~2s before entering a 5s cooldown. If used extensively (after ~15 cooldowns in immediate succession), Protect enters a downtime of ~10s before it can activate again.
  • Kubrow will perform a howling animation on activation, making it temporarily vulnerable against oncoming attacks.
    • The first shield replenish will occur at the start of the animation and the second near the end.

Trivia[]

  • Shares the same picture as  Shelter, only with a golden border.
