• When Protea Prime wields her signature  Velox/ Velox Prime, the weapon's passive Ammo Efficiency is increased to 40%.
• As with any other Prime Warframe, moving close to the location of an Orokin Void Death Orb will restore a pulse of 250 Energy to nearby allies, even if that Death Orb is inactive, destroyed, or non-present. This effect can only occur once per orb.

• Protea Prime is the fourteenth Primed Warframe to have Signature Weapons, after  Gauss Prime,  Grendel Prime,  Wisp Prime,  Hildryn Prime,  Baruuk Prime,  Revenant Prime,  Khora Prime,  Garuda Prime,  Harrow Prime,  Gara Prime,  Octavia Prime,  Atlas Prime, and  Banshee Prime.
• Protea Prime's release trailer is the first and currently only one to have someone other than Ballas as a Prime trailer narrator, that being Parvos Granum.
• Protea Prime is the hundredth Warframe introduced into the game (when considering non-unique Warframes, such as Prime Warframes and  Excalibur Umbra).
