Kept safe from Grineer aggression by the arcane powers of the Unum herself, Cetus serves as their central trading hub in the Origin System and a refuge for all others who come to it with peaceful intentions.

Lore & History[]
General[]
The Ostron people's history can be traced back to Orokin Era[1] when they were ruled under the Orokin Empire. Since the Empire's collapse, the Ostrons were left to their own governance, scavaging what was left of the Empire to survive in a post-Orokin era. On Earth, they formed many colonies, with Cetus being one of the trading hubs of the Ostrons.
Cetus is located next to the Plains of Eidolon (known as the Eidolon-Moh by the Ostrons), shielded by the Orokin tower Unum's protective barrier. A versatile and adaptable people, they are able to use anything they can get their hands. Nothing goes to waste with the Ostrons, as their scavenging way of life has taught them to be ingenious and resourceful.
Culture and Beliefs[]
Onstrons generally engage in market and trade. Despite having various markets all throughout the system and its solar rails, Cetus is the main base and home of the Ostrons. Some may make a living in the markets, while others outside Cetus may create their own toll stations on personally made bridges.
