The Orphid Specter is a Specter that appears in The Silver Grove quest. The second of the titular Grove's guardians, it is summoned by using the Twilight Apothic on the Grove's Shrine. Players can choose to summon the Orphid Specter again by encountering the Shrine on any Grineer Forest mission and using another Twilight Apothic.
The Orphid Specter can utilize the abilities of 
Saryn, such as 
Molt and 
Miasma, with the difference being that the 'molts' are Husks which crawl towards the player and explode in a toxin cloud.
Notes[]
- As with all of the Silver Grove's Specters, the Orphid Specter cannot be pickpocketed via
Ivara's Prowl. They are also immune to Atlas's Petrify and therefore cannot be affected by the Ore Gaze augment. - Hydroid's Pilfering Swarm augment works only if it delivers the final blow on the specter.
- Nekros's Desecrate ability and Khora's Pilfering Strangledome works normally
- The Steel Path mod drop chance boost has no effect on the drops from the specters.
- During the The Silver Grove Quest, the Specter that spawns to progress the story doesn't drop Mods.

- Silver Grove Specters now spawn at a minimum level of 25, and gain 3 levels for each Specters spawned.
