It increases power efficiency at the expense of armor.

The Vespa Helmet can be purchased for Template:Platinum 75. Its blueprint can be acquired from Alert missions.

Equipping
To equip your newly bought or crafted Helmet, go into the 'Arsenal' page, then click on 'Customize Colors'. The Helmet will be under 'Select Skin'.
Power Efficiency
As of Update 8.2, Power Efficiency now causes a linear change in ability cost. Therefore, a 15% increase in Power Efficiency will cause all abilities to cost 15% less energy to activate. It is currently unknown how multiple Power Efficiency items stack.
