Neutralizer is Cyte-09's Exalted Sniper Rifle, summoned by activating the ability
Neutralize. Primary fire shoots sniper shots that ricochet on weak points, while its Alternate Fire lobs a
Cold grenade.

Advantages:
- Primary fire shoots sniper rounds.
- Shots ricochet on weak point hits up to 4 times within
10 meters of the target, with a damage loss of 20% per ricochet.
- Very high critical chance and critical multiplier.
- Innate 2.5 meters punch through.
- Three zoom modes:
- First zoom has 2.5x zoom distance and +40% critical damage multiplier.
- Second zoom has 4.0x zoom distance and +60% critical damage multiplier.
- Third zoom has 8.0x zoom distance and +80% critical damage multiplier.
- Shots ricochet on weak point hits up to 4 times within
- Alternate Fire launches a grenade that explodes in a 10 meter radius, inflicting 10
Cold stacks and leaves a lingering field for 5 seconds.
- High critical chance.
Disadvantages:
- Requires
5 energy to activate. Primary fire shots consume
10 energy, while Alternate Fire consumes
20 energy and 3 ammo.

- Projectile has travel time with heavy arcing.
- As an Exalted Weapon, it cannot benefit from, nor contribute to the set bonus of any Set Mods.
- That said, the Vigilante Set bonus will apply regardless of whether or not it is equipped onto the Neutralizer itself (e.g. on a Sentinel's Laser Rifle).
- Cannot equip critical related Acolyte Mods (e.g.
Argon Scope) or Amalgam Mods (e.g.
Amalgam Serration).

- Neutralizer appears in the Arsenal after unlocking Cyte-09's

- Despite the UI indicating otherwise when modding, the alternate fire forces Cold and cannot be altered by elemental mods.

- Despite being an exalted weapon, Neutralizer can equip skins meant for normal Sniper Rifles.
