The Mesa Presidio Skin is a Deluxe Skin for 
Mesa.
Acquisition
The Mesa Presidio Skin is available for individual purchase for 
165, or as part of the Mesa Presidio Collection for 225, which also includes the Perla Pistol Skin, Perla Dual Pistol Skin and Constella Syandana.
Equipping
To equip this skin, go to the "Arsenal" page, then click on Mesa's "Appearance" tab. The skin will be under the section labeled "Physique". The skin consists of two parts which can be equipped separately: the Helmet, which can be equipped under the Helmet tab, and the Body skin under the Skin tab.
Purchasing the Mesa Presidio Skin also provides the Mesa Presidio Regulators Skin for the 
Regulators pistols. These can be equipped on the Regulators through their "Appearance" tab. They are a separate skin and can be combined with any Mesa skin.
