115,000 and 300. Note however that Baro Ki'Teer's stock changes with each appearance, and may not have this item available at every time.

Trivia[]
- This mod was initially obtainable during Update 22.0 (2017-10-12) through transmutation with [PH] (standing for placeholder) in the title. As of Hotfix 29.6.9 (2021-01-28), it is now available through Baro Ki'Teer's rotation.
- Named after the Number of the Beast 666, this mod is sporting a requirement of 6 Melee kills within 6 seconds to trigger the buff, and an initial mod capacity cost of 6 as well.
- Additionally, on max rank, if installed on a slot with matching polarity, the capacity will be reduced by half, then rounded to 6.
