The MK1-Braton is the MK1 variant of the
Braton and is the standard issue rifle for new Tenno recruits. The damage is sub-optimal, but the strongest point lies in the accuracy and stability, allowing easy handling of the weapon.

Acquisition[]
During Awakening, the MK1-Braton is one of two primary weapons offered to the player, the other being the
MK1-Paris.
The weapon can also be purchased from the Market for
15,000.
Tips[]
- Sell the weapon after acquiring around
25,000 and reaching rank 30, as the
Braton is much more useful for missions after Mercury.
Trivia[]
- Update 14.0 (2014-07-18) buffed the MK1-Braton's damage and rate of fire to make it closer to the Braton in terms of performance.
- Originally, the MK1-Braton was unable to equip skins. This was eventually fixed in Hotfix 16.3.3.1 (2015-04-15)
