Link Health is a Companion mod that increases its health based on a percentage of the player's health. The player's health is unaffected by this mod.

- Link Health uses the player's maximum health as the base, which means using Umbral Vitality with the full set bonus, Primed Vigor, Gladiator Resolve, and Physique (with Coaction Drift) can further increase a companion's maximum health.
- With Link Health on a Sahasa Kubrow or Chesa Kubrow with full DNA Integrity, a maximum health value of 15,210.105 can be achieved using the above health mods with an Inaros.

- Health bonuses, such as Hirudo's Invigorate and Wisp's Reservoirs, will also affect the active companion in real time.

- Link Health can be equipped on Kubrows, Kavats and MOAs, but not on Sentinels.
- Link Health is mutually exclusive with Enhanced Vitality.
