Legacyte Harvest is an Endless Mission type and a variant of Capture. Players must assist Albrecht Entrati's kavat, Kalymos, in drawing out a 
Techrot Legacyte to capture it.
Access to this mission requires completion of The Hex quest.
Mechanics[]
Follow Kalymos into the underground caves. Once she reaches her destination, a gauge of 100 units will appear which fills up by 1 per second. Kalymos is invulnerable but the progression will halt temporarily if she is hit. Pheroglands may drop from enemy Techrot and can be manually picked up and brought to Kalymos to add 15 units.
Once the gauge fills, a Legacyte will appear, possessing a unique ability to hinder its foes. Once the Legacyte reaches half health, it will attempt to run away towards a Techrot Umbilix (which resembles an Esophage) which can be destroyed. If the Legacyte escapes and extraction has not been prompted, the mission will fail. If a Legacyte escapes when at least one has been captured, no new Legacytes can be tracked and Eleanor will order the player to extract.
After the Legacyte's health is depleted, it is downed and can be captured. Players can continue to follow Kalymos to capture additional Legacytes or extract.
Legacyte Abilities[]
Legacytes start out with the Eximus version of 
Snow Globe, as well as one random ability listed below, with each new generation acquiring one more random ability in addition to those of the previous:
Tharros Strike to push players back.- Aquablades, which deal heavy Slash damage with a guaranteed proc.
- Molt, casting it as soon as it notices a player.
- Smoke Screen removing its waypoint until the invisibility wears off.
- Generating burrowing spikes on a targeted player, akin to a similar attack used by Deimos Jugulus.
- Shooting electrical arcs at the player akin to Shock.
- Virulence.
- Parasitic Link.
- A conal shockwave with similar appearance to those of Blitz Eximus. Can be fired up to three times in a row.
- Appearing with two fragile decoys, which seek out foes.
- Teleporting to a nearby spot, leaving a lightning trail.
- Blood Altar, which temporarily disables the player's Warframe.
- Spectral Scream, cycling between Heat, Cold, and Gas with high status chance.
- A hand grenade.
- A projectile attack that knocks down targets.
- A Puncture explosion similar to Iron Shrapnel. First primed with a roar, then triggered on the next damage instance.

Tips[]
- The majority of enemies are Techrot which are vulnerable to Magnetic and Gas damage, but resist Cold.
- No enemies will spawn until Kalymos is first interacted with, and after a Legacyte is captured, enemies will not spawn until Kalymos is interacted with again. This can be useful for map exploration and finding Hex Treasures.

Hotfix 38.0.7 (2025-01-14)
- Reduced the distance at which Legacytes can spawn in Legacyte Harvest missions, so players won't have as far to trek to find them.

- Removed Höllars Cache as a reward from all of the Legacyte Harvest mission rotations based on player feedback.
