Acquisition
This weapon was available to anyone who logged in during the Closed Beta (Excluding the Open Beta Weekend) upon the game transitioning into Open Beta (Update 7.0 (2013-03-18)). It originally had no rank restriction, so anyone who logged in during the Closed Beta could acquire it, regardless of time spent playing the game.
After the game entered Open Beta, Lato Vandal was unobtainable until Update 22.18 (2018-04-20), in which it was added as a reward in Elite Sanctuary Onslaught, a game mode introduced in that update. All the parts can be traded, although players must have a Mastery Rank of at least 7 to acquire the blueprint.

All drop rates data is obtained from DE's official drop tables.
See Mission Rewards#Standard Missions for definitions on reward table rotations.
Drop chances are rounded to two decimal places, following the official drop tables repository.
Expected means a player can expect to obtain at least one of a drop every N attempts on average.
Nearly Guaranteed refers to the total number of attempts a player needs to obtain
a 1 in 10^2,3, and 4 probability not to have recieved a single drop (99%, 99.9%, and 99.99% probability to have received at least one drop).
The combined probability of multiple drops is 1 - ((1-A%) * (1-B%) * ...)
(add drops in same rotation)

Trivia[]
- As mentioned above, the Lato Vandal was originally rewarded to players who participated in WARFRAME's Closed Beta period, as a then-exclusive gift from DE as detailed in this blog post. This made it a surefire way of distinguishing players who played WARFRAME since the beginning.
- Prior to Update 22, the Lato Vandal had limited customization options, wherein the selected color would be combined with the existing Vandal colors.
