The Kuva Chakkhurr is a Grineer flintlock rifle that deals additional damage on headshots. The weapon can gain additional max ranks after polarization capping at rank 40.
Acquisition
The Kuva Chakkhurr is obtained by vanquishing a Kuva Lich who generated with one equipped. After the Lich is vanquished it will be in the player's Foundry ready to claim.
Characteristics
This weapon deals primarily Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. damage. This weapon also comes with a bonus stat which is determined by the Warframe which killed the original Kuva-spiked Grineer. This weapon (along with the other Kuva weapons) has the ability to increase its max level by two every time you use a Forma until it reaches the maximum level of 40.
Advantages:
- Highest base damage of all semi-automatic rifles.
- High Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. impact damage – effective against shields.
- High Script error: The function "Proc" does not exist. blast damage – effective against Fossilized and Machinery.
- Tied with Dread and Lenz for the highest critical chance of all weapons.
- Can achieve orange critical hits with a rank 4 Point Strike.
- Good critical multiplier.
- Good status chance.
- Can vary with multiple base and combined damage types.
- Creates an explosion on impact, damaging nearby enemies without self-damage.
- Deals increased headshot damage.
Disadvantages:
- Very low fire rate.
- Low reload speed.
- Weapon stats can vary between players due to the nature of Liches.
- Projectiles have travel time.
- Draws from the rare sniper ammo pool.
- Inaccurate beyond short range when fired from the hip.
- Doesn't have a Shot Combo Counter unlike other Sniper Rifles.
Notes
- Due to the Kuva Chakkhurr's high critical chance and base damage, it is a good candidate for use with Hunter Munitions.
- Not tradeable.
- The weapon will have a prefix of the name of the Kuva Lich you got it from (i.e Odizrigg Agekk Kuva Chakkhurr)
- The bonus stat which the weapon comes equipped with is dependent on the Warframe which summoned the Lich.
- Heavy Caliber deosn't seem to have a high impact on accuracy while aiming
