This hooked blade rewards critical hits to those skilled enough to strike with finesse.

The Krohkur is a standalone Grineer sword sporting high base damage, critical chance and critical multiplier, and good status chance, but with slow attack speed. The Krohkur was introduced in Update 22.0 (2017-10-12).

This weapon is a requisite ingredient (x2) for TwinKrohkur Twin Krohkur.

  • The Krohkur was first revealed during Warframe Partners Shul's and InexpensiveGamer's Twitch stream on October 4th, 2017, ahead of the update's release.
  • 'Krohkur' is likely derived from the Old Norse and Icelandic word for 'hook', written as 'Krókur'.
  • The Krohkur has "Head Splitter" written on it in Grineer language near the base of the blade.
