Iron Wake. Steel Meridian has built an impressive base of operations right under the nose of the Grineer authority.

Iron Wake is a SteelMeridianSigil Steel Meridian outpost located to the southeast of E Prime on Earth. It was first introduced in Update 21.0 (2017-06-29).

Access[]

Iron Wake first appears during the Chains of Harrow Quest as the place where the player regroups with Palladino. It later becomes available to access at any time after the completion of the aforementioned quest. Iron Wake is accessible by selecting Earth in the Navigation Console.

Notes[]

  • Iron Wake acts as an alternative to the Steel Meridian Enclave in any Relay.
    • Cressa Tal is located in a small building to the left when first entering the outpost.
    • The Insignia Trader is located in the large building to the right when first entering the outpost
  • Near Cressa Tal is a mod storage container that sells antiqued Flawed Mods for Credits64 Credits.
  • Palladino appears in the far back right of the outpost.
    • After completing the Chains of Harrow quest, she allows the Tenno to buy Rell's Donda for OrokinDucats 25 as an Orbiter Decoration, as well as trading Riven Slivers.
  • Clem is located in a fort made of flimsy metal and 6 Blunts above the building to the right when first entering the outpost.
    • Popcorn can be seen sitting behind the fort.
  • Behind Clem's fort is a memorial for the late Datareaper, a player who created Clem and designed the Kronen Kronen. His memorial features his most used Warframe, Excalibur PrimeIcon272 Excalibur Prime, and his custom-colored KronenPrime Kronen Prime.

Update 34.0 (2023-10-18)
Flawed Mod Storage Site
After posting our initial Dev Workshop outlining the Flawed Mods removal, many players expressed their desire to keep them for a variety of reasons. Luckily for those Tenno, we managed to find the original (disposal) storage site of the Flawed Mods and have made them available to players once more.

Seek out the storage site near Cressa Tel in Iron Wake on Earth to purchase them anew. We did our best to price these rare finds fairly, keeping in mind that these are now collector’s items of course, so they can be yours for the cost of a few (thousand) Credits!

While this is a tongue-in-cheek implementation of new Flawed Mods acquisition, we appreciate the value that these Mods offer to certain players and wanted to keep them available for those who requested it.

Note: Due to the unique acquisition method for these Mods, players will not be able to dissolve Flawed Mods for Endo or Transmute them.

Update 32.1 (2022-11-02)

  • Iron Wake is now home to a very special memorial to the late Tenno, Datareaper, located just behind Clem’s Fort. Datareaper created the character Clem and, with it, brought joy to many fellow Tenno. His memorial displays his favorite and most used Warframe, and his custom-colored Kronen Prime, as the Kronen was also his creation from a Contest long ago. Clem Forever <3.
