Innodem is an Incarnon ceremonial dagger. Once its Incarnon form is unlocked, Tenno can transform this weapon in battle by executing a Heavy Attack with a Melee Combo of 5x or higher, increasing the weapon's range and attack speed, enabling Innodem's Incarnon Resilience, and causing aim glide melee attacks to throw projectiles.

- This weapon deals primarily Slash damage.
- Stance slot has polarity, matching Stinging Thorn and Pointed Wind stance.
- Incarnon weapons can be upgraded via evolution tiers and change perks.
- Unlock this weapon's Incarnon form by killing 100 enemies across any and all missions.
- Activate Incarnon form by executing a Heavy Attack with a Melee Combo of 5x or higher (3x with the Incarnon Imago evolution).
- When the transformation is ready, the combo counter will shimmer with Void energy.
- Incarnon form lasts for 90 seconds and behaves as follows:
- Range increases by 3 meters.
- Attack speed increases by 40%.
- Aim glide melee attacks launch projectiles which deal 360 Radiation damage.
- Projectile has infinite Punch Through.
- Projectile has a range of 21 meters.
- Finishers grant Incarnon Resilience, increasing Damage Reduction by 10% up to four stacks. These stacks are multiplicative to each other and last for the duration of Incarnon Form. Mercy finishers with a Parazon do not apply a stack of Incarnon Resilience.
- The transformation persists through all states such as holstering, bleedout and disarm, but is removed upon death.
- Grants a 10% Movement Speed bonus while held (i.e. melee mode or quick melee).

- To access new Incarnon evolution tiers and change perks, players must visit Cavalero at the Chrysalith with their selected Incarnon weapon equipped. Players select one perk per Evolution tier, which can be changed at no cost.
Evolutions[]
- When newly acquired from the Foundry, players must acquire 100 kills with the Innodem in order to gain access to its Incarnon transformation. The following Evolution tiers, their requirements for unlocking them, and their related perks, are shown below;
- Each challenge additionally grants 5,000 affinity to the weapon, affected by Affinity Boosters.

Tips[]
- Using an Exalted Weapon will negate Evolution V challenge.
- Incarnon Genesis weapons are counted for Evolution V challenge.
- The Innodem synergizes particularly well with Naramon Focus, due to Sling Stun granting an easy way to open enemies up to finishers.
- In addition, Killer's Rush causes a finisher from Operator form to increase critical chance. Performing a finisher in this fashion will still activate the Innodem's finisher-related evolutions.
- Combining Corrupt Charge and Covert Lethality grants a passive minimum 3x Melee Combo, allowing Incarnon Imago to immediately transform Innodem at will.
- The Innodem's Hawk Momentum evolution can build and maintain Melee Combo out of combat at no cost.
