Hysterical Assault is a Warframe Augment/Exilus mod for  Valkyr that allows her to pounce onto enemies while in  Hysteria by meleeing while aiming, dealing damage on contact. It also provides brief Invulnerability when switching off her Valkyr Talons while in Hysteria.

Acquisition

• Can be acquired by attaining the rank of Partner under  The Perrin Sequence, or the rank of Flawless under New Loka, and spending 25,000 Standing 25,000 to purchase.

Notes

• Leap distance is affected by Ability Range.
• Leaping requires the reticle to be aimed near an enemy.
• Cannot be equipped at the same time as  Enraged.
• The added invulnerability can allow Valkyr to briefly fire another weapon and switch back to melee without ever losing invulnerability.
• Can be cast during any melee attack to cancel it, or slam attack to slightly redirect the impact.
• Can be cast during abilities like Rip-Line, and potentially other non full body animations.
• The contact damage can not crit, but otherwise acts as a single attack from Valkyr Talons.

• Let invulnerability linger for half a second when aiming to prevent getting downed immediately in high-damage areas
• Increased Range

Hotfix 24.5.5 (2019-03-25)

• Increased Valkyr's Hysterical Assault Augment Mod max Range from 30m to 40m.
• Fixed Valkyr's Hysterical Assault Augment Mod having broken functionality with Melee 2.99997 due to the removal of Secondary Fire in Melee mode. Now Aiming + Melee will trigger the leap function while in Hysteria. The Mod description has been updated to reflect this new mechanic.

Update 24.4 (2019-03-08)

• Fixed script error with Valkyr's Hysterical Assault Augment.

Hotfix: The Silver Grove 1.2 (2016-09-02)
