Hespar is a Heavy Scythe weapon that is wielded by Thrax Centurions.

Acquisition
Hespar's main blueprint can be acquired from Tier 4 Chrysalith Bounties. The blade blueprint drops from Void Armageddon. The handle blueprint drops from Void Cascade. All components can be traded, but not the main blueprint.
