During Halloween in 2014, a special Earth alert was offered that went for 3 days. The alert contained dense fog, creating low visibility, and the faction was composed of the Infestation.
Special Additions
In addition to the gloomy and spooky atmosphere of the alert, there were several special editions only specific to this alert.
- Infested Ancients had a bloody texture along with giant sawblades attached to their longer arms that made a buzzing noise, much like the saw blades that Butchers used to have.
- Some containers were changed to Jack-O-Lanterns that when broken, either created a gas cloud that dealt small amounts of Toxin damage to the user when near, or in Infested Tumor would grow out of the place that the pumpkin was before exploding.
- Grineer Caches on the alert would play a halloween laugh track, along with a pumpkin next to the cache.
- The alert offers 666 credits as the reward.
- Completing the alert offers the player a free Halloween color pack.
