Notes[]
- While blocking, enemies within 15m become taunted which will shift their focus to the user.
- Duration is permanent.
- Effective range is not affected by Reach.
- The taunt does not affect enemies across the Rift Plane.
- The taunt is high priority and will steal aggro from other aggro-increasing abilities.
- The taunt overrides other targeting modifiers such as Radiation status and Nyx's Chaos. Friendly fire is not disabled, so confused enemies can still incidentally damage, and be damaged by, their former allies.
Tips[]
- Taunting enemies ensures they will fire (if able) towards the Warframe and into damage-absorbing effects, such as:
- Arcanes that trigger "On Damaged"
- Warframe abilities that absorb damage
- Chroma's Vex Armor
- Frost's Snow Globe
- Garuda's Dread Mirror
- Nezha's Warding Halo
- Nyx's Absorb (renders Nyx immobile)
- Nyx's Assimilate augment allows her to block (among other actions) during Absorb and refresh Guardian Derision's taunt.
- Rhino's Iron Skin
- Weapon effects that trigger on block
- Loki can taunt targets away from their own Decoy, including the augmented Savior Decoy.
