—In-Game Description

The Gravimag is an Arch-gun weapon upgrade that allows the player to wield that gun as a heavy weapon in ground combat, without an Archwing, through the use of an Archweapon Deployer which can only be unlocked after reaching max rank with Solaris United.

Acquisition

The Gravimag Blueprint can be researched in a Clan Dojo and be purchased for 35,000 Credits 35,000 from the Tenno Research Lab.

Alternatively, a fully built Gravimag can be purchased from the Market for 20 Platinum 20. One is obtained as a one-time reward upon the first completion of Phase 3 of the Profit-Taker Orb Heist.

Usage

Gravimags can be installed on an Archgun through the Actions tab on the Arsenal's Upgrade section. Only Arch-guns that have been upgraded with an Orokin Catalyst can have Gravimags installed on them.

Once an Arch-gun has been upgraded with a Gravimag, players can equip the upgraded Arch-gun in the Heavy Weapon tab of their Vehicles section, allowing the player to deploy an Arch-gun in ground combat via Archweapon Deployer Gear item.

A Gravimag is not required to be equipped to Necramechs called down via Necramech Summon.

Notes

• Prior to Update 29.6 (2020-12-18), Necramechs required Gravimag to use Arch-guns, thus their associated weapons  Mausolon,  Cortege, and  Morgha all come with a pre-installed Gravimag.
