Interceptor-class Grineer fighter; bombards targets with a high-damage flak cannon.

Flaks are Grineer fighters in Railjack missions. They appear in medium groups, mainly focusing on dealing high damage to the Railjack. Their hulls are stronger than other interceptors, but they can be taken down in a reasonable amount of time with the ship's turrets. Their defenses are near impenetrable if using an Arch-gun that is not strong enough, and a direct approach should be taken into consideration before deploying out of a Railjack. There are three types of flaks that will be encountered over the course of progressing through the Proxima planets of the Origin System that have varying color palettes as well as unique drop tables.


Flaks cannot be boarded, unlike crewships, due to the single-pilot nature and high speed of the vehicle.
