Fisher Hai-Luk is a middle-aged Ostron fisher in Cetus, located on the far south of the market just across to the gate to the Plains of Eidolon. Hai-Luk mainly provides Fishing tools, baits and utility, as well as the blueprints which the Tenno can use to craft decorative trophies to showcase their catch. She also sells some of her fishing byproducts for a small sum of Platinum, whose stock changes daily.
She also accepts donations of fish found in the plains in exchange for an amount of Ostron Standing depending on their rarity, which she says will be used to feed other starving Ostrons. She also provides a fish cutting service to extract their byproducts, which can be used for many other blueprints that the other vendors in Cetus offer.

- POE / CETUS ECONOMY REMASTER LITE
With Fortuna's release, we applied some general economy changes based on takeaways from Cetus. Now that we have returned to Cetus and the Plains of Eidolon with a remaster, we are applying some 'Economy Remaster' changes to go with the changes in an effort to apply our continued learnings. Change is the name of the game - thank you for all feedback on our economies and for being receptive to change!
- Replaced Bait Blueprints with Baits in Fisher Hai-Luk’s Offerings. This means Baits are no longer craft-ception with other fish parts and can now just be bought outright for Standing.
- Reusable Fish Bait Blueprints can now be sold for 100,000 Credits. Relics of a different time for some, easy Credits for others.

- Ask and ye shall receive! That closet full of Cetus Boots can now be crafted into a Boot Trophy from Fisher Hai Luk’s Offerings. We hope they haven’t been festering any fungal growth in the meantime....
