—In-Game Description

The Exilus Weapon Adapter is a special item that can be fused with a Primary, Secondary or Melee weapon to unlock an Exilus Mod Slot, which is a special additional slot that can be used solely for Exilus Mods, aka Utility Mods. Each weapon can only have a single Exilus Slot active, and any eligible mods used on the slot will consume mod capacity, like normal mods. An Exilus slot can be polarized using Forma.

• Purchased complete from Acrithis's shop for 20  Pathos Clamps.
• Purchased blueprint from any of the Faction Syndicates for 75,000 Standing 75,000.
• Blueprint awarded from Requiem Relics.
• Sometimes obtained complete from the 1999 Calendar.
• Purchased complete from the Market for 20 Platinum 20 under Equipment → Components.
